How do I place an order?
Simply browse our categories or search for products, add them to your cart, and proceed to
checkout. You can choose your preferred payment method and delivery slot.
Is there a minimum order value?
No, there is no minimum order value! However, orders below ₹200 may attract a small delivery
fee.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on
Delivery (COD).
Do you deliver to my area?
We currently serve all major areas within Koraput town. You can check availability by entering
your pincode at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Go to My
Orders to see all your orders and their status. You can also use the Track
Order page with your Order ID.
How do I become a vendor?
Visit our Vendor Registration page to submit an
application. After admin approval, you can start listing products.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be cancelled before they are packed. Once packed or shipped, cancellation is not
possible. Contact our support for assistance.
